Job Summary   :

The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for profitably, efficiency, maintenance of high food quality, hygiene, service standards, tenant management and increasing footfall at the food court

Illustrative Responsibilities   :
  • Forecasting financial operating budgets for the food court with the management team and ensuring the set operating budgets are met
  • Planning and ensuring the set profitability targets are achieved
  • Defining the escalation matrix for the food court, in terms of any vendor / tenant issues or guest related queries
  • Defining and briefing the vendors / tenants about the audit formats
  • Timely conducting internal / external audits (hygiene, mystery audits etc)
  • Share the audit reports with the management and the vendors / tenants and take corrective actions
  • Ensure all the vendors / tenants follow the brand guidelines
  • Ensure standard of quality and hygiene is maintained
  • Ensure high standard of customer service is maintained
  • Address / resolve queries / complaints raised by the guest and ensure corrective actions are taken to avoid future repeat instances
  • Effectively manage relationship with all the vendors / tenants
  • Holding vendor / tenant meeting at regular intervals
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on financial operating budgets , revenue targets and marketing campaigns
  • Monthly / quarterly presentation to the management on the profitability status
Required Skills   :
  • 08 to 15 years relevent experience in shopping centre / hospitality industry
  • Has customer centric approach
  • Good communication and effective team handling ability
Required Qualification   :

Graduate in Hotel Mangement
