Job Summary   :

The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for housekeeping, provide high standards of hygiene throughout the shopping centre, with the key objective of enhancing customer experience.

Illustrative Responsibilities   :
  • Adhere to the SOP guidlines
  • Vendor Performance Management - ensure the vendor performance is tracked basis the SLAs and KPIs drawn for better execution and any deviation to be reported to the management
  • Ensure the housekeeping & landscaping overheads are within the approved budgets
  • Prepare duty roasters for supervisors and maintain records of the same in the log books
  • Conduct regular morning meetings/ briefing sessions  and patrolling in the mall
  • Ensure the required number of staff is deployed on duty as per the shifts
  • Ensure the staff is well groomed
  • Do random checks of the cleaning schedules / checklist
  • Ensure timely pest control activities are initiated
  • To maintain regular and complete advance schedule for annual and periodic maintenance
  • Timely procurement of required equipments, materials, plants etc. and maintain records
  • Ensure vendor / contract management and timely processing of the monthly bills / invoices
  • To liaison with the engineering department for day to day maintenance work, to follow up and ensure completion of the same
  • Reporting of the lost & found items and ensure adherence to lost and found procedures
  • Establish schedules and methods for maintenance services
  • To maintain regular and complete advance schedule for annual and periodic maintenance
  • Ensure vendor / contract management and timely processing of the monthly bills / invoices
  • Conduct training sessions at regular interval and maintain records
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness is maintained with the objective of enhancing customer experience
  • Any escalations made by the guest, ensure it is timely resolved and corrective actions are taken

 

 

Required Skills   :
  • 10 to 12 years relevant experience in shopping centre / hospitality industry
  • Effective team handling ability
Required Qualification   :

Graduate/ post graduate from any stream
