Job Summary   :

The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for guest relations management and ensure customer delight at the mall /shopping centre.

Illustrative Responsibilities   :
  • Adhere to the helpdesk management SOPs
  • Manage the helpdesk
  • Greet the guest with friendly expression and assist them with need based information on brands/ stores/ promotions etc
  • Ensure the guest complaints and concerns are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Seek feedback from the guest over their mall experience and collate & share the same with the reporting manager
  • Coordinate and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness is maintained with the objective of enhancing customer experience
  • Coordinate/ assist the marketing team in execution of the planned events/ promotions at the mall / shopping centre
  • Updating daily / weekly reports on customer feedback, any key escalations
  • Maintain / update necessary report, spreadsheets
  • Ensure timely updation of the required skills.
Required Skills   :
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar profile 
  • Qualifies people friendly behavior 
  • Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi and English) 
  • Self-Starter
Required Qualification   :
  • Graduate from any stream
